4 Large Placemats. Hexagonal. Boho chic mosaic Harlequin design from the Marrakesh range. Each with our registered trademark signature so that you are assured of receiving our authentic products. Heat resistant to 140 Celsius due to the melamine coating. Hard eucalyptus board (from a sustainable source) in the middle to provide stability & strength. Dark green baize backing to protect your furniture from scratches & also to stop the place mat from sliding. Easy to wipe clean with a damp cloth & then dried with a tea towel for years of service. We advise our customers to measure their table & plates before purchase to ensure the perfect match. HEXAGON: 32 cms x 29 cms x 4.8 mm or 12 1/2 x 11 1/2 inches approx THE PROCESS: Triangle shapes were laser cut. Each was then gently sanded by hand & then laid onto board by me in the mosaic design. Once glued the wood veneers were sanded again by hand & then coated with sealant to bring out the subtle colours of the veneers. The original was then scanned & the image printed on to eucalyptus board & coated with melamine for heat resistance. 4 Large Placemats. Hexagonal. Melamine Heat Resistant.
