This is a stylish & attractive ceramic wall mask in our unique Art Deco inspired Tamara de Lempicka design. This wall mask has been hand glazed in our own Paris white glaze with contrasting hand decorated orange hat, black & orange matching earing & neck line detail, she also has red lips & black eyeliner detail, which just scream's out 1920's, Jazz Age & complements the geometric design of this wall mask very well. The inspiration for our Lempicka wall mask comes from combining an original Art Deco wall mask design with the exciting, bold & often daring paintings of the famous Art Deco Artist, Tamara de Lempicka. During the 1920's & 30's Tamara de Lempicka painted many wonderful portraits using a distinctively unique combination of strong colours & soft Cubist lines, epitomizing the cool modernism & bold style of Art Deco. This piece of individual ceramic art was handmade & designed by ourselves at our Echo of Deco Art Pottery in the UK. Founded by the British ceramic design team Russell & Malcolm Akerman the Echo Of Deco studio is a contemporary ceramic studio specialising in designing & individually hand making original ceramic objects inspired by the classic Art Deco style. We have many collectors in Canada, America & Europe as well as all over the UK, & our work has been featured in various leading magazines. All our work is traditionally hand made in very small numbers at our studio pottery in the UK. Echo Of Deco is naturally becoming well known for its artistic quality & originality in design, & there is little doubt that these wonderful pieces, which are all currently handmade & signed will become very collectable & increasingly sought after. This wall mask has been hand signed by the maker & decorator & bears the distinctive Echo of Deco back stamp for Authenticity.
