Christmas Wreath - Sugared Fruit Christmas Wreath - Custom Photos show 15 inch wreath with last photo being two matching 27 inch wreaths. While making this wreath I couldn't help but think of the poem Twas the Night Before Christmas by Clement Clarke Moore & the excerpt The children were nestled all snug in their beds, While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads. A lot of time & detail went into this creation. Each piece of faux fruit is hand sugared by me with glass microbeads. You will find strawberries, cherries, limes, apples, & pears. The only greenery used in the piece is the stems attached to the strawberries. This Christmas wreath packs a huge visual punch with details & is sure to delight. By adding creative lighting the entire wreath shimmers & sparkles! The base for this wreath is styrofoam hand wrapped in moss attached with glue & floral wire. The circular wreath measures approximately 15 inches in diameter & should be used indoors or in a sheltered area away from the elements. This piece can be used as wreath or as a center piece & would look beautiful with a large chunky candle placed in the center opening which measures approximately 4 1/2 inches in diameter.
