We have a stunning selection of blanket colours to choose from with two different effects, snuggle touch & shimmering. The embroidery is approximately 15cm wide x 20cm high & is in the bottom right hand corner of the blanket. PRODUCT INFORMATION Size: 140cm x 180cm Material: 100% polyester microfibre. We aim to reduce the use of plastic by providing our personalised orders, where possible, in non-woven bags. Non-woven bags are made from natural, recycled fibres & are therefore eco-friendly & make a beautiful addition to a personalised gift. Please see listing images for reference to our non-woven bag design. Otherwise all goods are supplied in grip or zipped sealed plastic bags before being shipped in our recycled material grey mailing bags. SHIPPING INFORMATION Standard Shipping: Dispatched within 5 days, please allow up to 10 working days from placing the order for processing & shipping time. We typically send all Standard Shipping with Royal Mail 2nd class although sometimes we upgrade shipping based on weight. To upgrade, please click the Standard Shipping option at the check out to see other available options. When upgrading, please note we will send via a tracked service. Upgraded Shipping: Delivered in 7 working days (possibly less) Express Shipping: Dispatched for delivery to occur within 1 – 2 working days of ordering CHRISTMAS If you are ordering within 12 working days of Christmas Eve & need the item for Christmas, please upgrade your delivery. If upgraded delivery options are not available, this will mean we’ve removed them in order to fulfil our current orders & are unable to continue offering a pre-Christmas delivery We record proof of dispatch & will support customers in chasing up any tracked items with couriers but cannot be responsible for delays in goods due to adverse weather or traffic conditions. in addition, Royal Mail provides a proof of delivery attempted/ delivery made on all orders which we can review & pass on details if needed RETURNS We can accept returns on goods that do not have any embroidery or customisation on them. Goods made to order are not able to be returned. Please note that even ‘stock embroidery’ i.e. our His & Hers towels are made to order as you choose the towel colour.
