A very fine porcelain demitasse cups & saucers in the Reliefzierat pattern. Manufactured at K.P.M. Royal Berlin Porcelain Manufactory. in the Reliefzierat pattern with hand-painted floral sprays of puce-camaeu flowers. Both cup & saucer have shaped have molded, low relief with panels of trellis & flowering branches that are separated by gilt scrollwork. This famous pattern was modeled after the services supplied to Frederick the Great of Prussia for his Potsdam palace. (Also, note that the flowers painted to the cup conform to atleast one set of flowers on the saucer.) This is no. 4 of several demitasse cups & saucers that we are offering. Simply regal porcelain! Date: Late 19th or Early 20th Century Overall Condition: The cup & saucer are both in overall very good, as-pictured, used estate condition with some very fine & light surface scratches & other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
