DECAL CARE Apply your decal to a smooth, clean & dry surface. > Make sure your decal is thoroughly applied. > Hand wash with warm water & pat or air dry. > Do not machine wash your mug. We won't be held responsible. > Avoid leaving it soak in water for long periods of time. PROCESSING TIME All decals have a processing time of 3-6 working days. (design, prep, package etc.) Then they're shipped with the option you selected at the checkout. The shipping duration is in addition to the processing time. SHIPPING DURATION: UK 3-5 days. Europe 5-10 days. USA & Canada 7-15 days Australia 7-15 days. Asia 10-15 days. Delays in customs are down to the buyer of the destination country, not the seller. Please check this with your postal service/customs office if you're unsure. On very rare occasions, international can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
