Pieces may show some signs of minor wear & use, which we feel adds to its charm. As these have been left original there are a few signs of its previous life. On the wicker seat the original varnish was flaking off in places so we removed any lose bits & oiled the seat to protect & treat the wood. There are also some darker patches on the back of the chair, on the top curved section which can be seen in pic 7.
