Our rugs are shipped from Germany. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Please note: Any customs fees, taxes and/or duties incurred at the time of delivery are not included & are the sale responsibility of the buyer. Purchases above 1000.00 USD will need an extra export declaration form from German customs - please add 2 extra days for delivery. RETURNS We accept returns within 14 days after delivery. We will request you to ship back the item the same way / carrier we shipped at customer's expense. We will refund the buying price minus our shipping costs.
