Hi welcome to my shop LittleGiraffePrints This item is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD 5 HIGH Quality PDF Sizes will be available to you to print at home, an online printing website or in a printing shop. The Sizes included are 16x20, 8x10, A4, 5x7, 4x6 If you need another size please Email me, in most cases the 16x20 can be scaled down to print. :) Once you have purchased the print, you will have two options to download: You will receive an email from Etsy notifying you of the sale & will contain links to download the files. On Etsy, click onto the top of the page where it says YOU & hit the arrow pointing down & then click on purchases & reviews, you can then download your files. Once the files are downloaded you also have two options: Print at home, which has advantages & disadvantages. Instant printing so save time & money but the quality may be lacking if you are printing onto paper, & may need to be printed again in the future. Print at a printing specialist such as Staples, they will advise you on what options are available. My preference is a satin finish on 300gsm card. Unfortunately I offer a No refund policy, but I do try to resolve any issues you may have.
