This salt cellar set is made from a lovely natural earthen colored clay, the same glaze & clay combination I used on a honey jar which will be in my shop in a day or two & a set of two nested bowls that you can see in the link below.. This item is handmade by me on the potter's wheel. I can create another one by order in any shape or size & in any glaze that you may see on other items in my shop. This item is made from ceramic stoneware & is fired to a temperature of 1200 degrees celsius (2192 Fahrenheit). It is glazed with lead-free & food safe glazes & is ideal for use in the oven & microwave but not over an open flame. It is dishwasher safe. If the item is out of stock, I can make another one, but the new item may vary slightly in size. That's the beauty of handmade objects.
