This wide Bronze & Black Ceramic Serving Bowl is ideal for serving your guests with the main course of a fabulous dinner or even a large, healthy salad. It can also be used in the oven for baking your favorite pie. When creating items, I often, & on purpose, leave traces of finger lines in the clay because I want them to show through the glaze. in the case of this bowl the glaze has covered these lines with different shades & given depth & uniqueness to this piece. Zoom in on the images to see what I mean. The glazes used on this item have created beautiful blue hues, an effect which I am always hoping for but have no control over. I have another set of a small & large matching bowls which you can see in the link below. This item is handmade by me on the potter's wheel.
