Shown is a custom made 16oz double walled, thermal insulated Coffee Mug/Tumbler. (This style is no longer available) This cup is designed using white & gold glitter in the first layer of epoxy then the waterslide, vinyl & name (if added) are added & sealed with FDA approved epoxy 1-3x's. ALL TUMBLERS ARE CUSTOM ORDERS. Please feel free to choose different colors &/or decal & add a name, Initial, monogram or small quote. Please make sure to include any changes in the ADD YOUR PERSONALIZATION DROP DOWN BOx. You can also choose a different size/style tumbler. ORDRS TAKE 2-3 WEEKS FOR PROCESSING WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING. DURING Holidays & Peak seasons PROCESSING TIMES WILL INCREASE TO 3-4 WEEKS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND... Once shipped I DO NOT have control of how long it takes to arrive to you. DURING HOLIDAYS & PEAK times or if you have a large order (5 or more) processing time will increase to 3-4 weeks. Please remember this is a handmade item & while I strive to provide 100% satisfaction it is not always possible to achieve. Therefore, it is possible to have imperfections present. Each item is inspected prior to packaging for shipping to avoid & correct any minor issues. RETURNS/ExCHANGES ~ No returns or exchanges or refunds. If an item is found to be truly defective upon arrival, a repair or replacement can be arranged. You will be responsible for the shipment back to me, & I will need pictures of your item within 24 hrs. of delivery. Any indication of an item being dropped, microwaved, placed in dishwasher, left in a hot vehicle, or any violation of care instruction provided will not warrant a replacement. Each item is prepared & photographed & provided to you for your approval prior to final customization. Once approved, the items final customization will be completed & deemed as accepted. No refunds will be provided after this point for any issues relating to customization, including spelling errors, font, layout, etc. If after approval & final customization an error is discovered, a correction can be arranged at an additional cost.
