From the heights of Rio de Janieiro & looking out over the city like sentries, the old favelas sit haphazardly stacked & standing tall. Buried among the hillside, they both battle & blend in with the surrounding terrain as the earth reclaims its territory with its wild green growth. Design by Streetlight was born of a love of architecture, & a fascination with perspective combined with a never ending desire to see what is tucked around the next corner of the world.
