Hi thanks for visiting. This absolutely stunning original Ercol sideboard is my latest offering. Solid oak though out I have painted using Annie Sloan Aubusson blue & napoleonic blue custom mix I then applied various waxes from the base using black wax working up with dark then eventually blending to the top area with white wax to emphasise & give the whole piece a story & a past life. Very slight areas of distress. Finally sealed using polyvine liquid satin wax to give it a nice fresh satin finish while keeping the purpose built effects I have given to build a story within the piece to give a story for a past life. Centralised sits a blank either side two cupboard doors opening into a space throughout the top section Would be excellent storage or use for glasses for a bar. Bellow is a large serving or shelve area Bellow central there are 4 deep draws. Moving down Banking either side are two large cupboards with shelves.
