They are also dishwasher & microwave safe. I'm a UK based artist/small business owner who loves to share his designs with people around the world. This mug will most definitely bring a smile to anyone's face. The perfect little gift! - Mugs are created to order. Mugs are delivered in packaging that says 'MugSafe'. This is a safety message for courier & postal services. If you are sending a mug directly to a recipient, they will know there is a mug in the box, but they won't know the design. Refunds will not be accepted for the word 'MugSafe' being on the packaging. Marking an order as a gift merely means that any dispatch note will not display the purchase price. I do not add dispatch notes. All mug packaging is taped shut for dispatch & all orders leave in the same condition. Refunds will not be given for the reason that the packaging was opened during transit. Refunds will only be given if the mug itself is broken during transit. A replacement will always be offered at no extra cost.
