This is a wonderful vintage fawn velvet perch hat with a plume of feathers at the back. I believe it dates from the 1940s & is in really lovely condition. I suspect some of the feathers are missing but its still nice & full. There is a small mark at the front & it is a little dented in places. The label inside says it's 100% cotton but it looks as though it has been hand sewn in... It measures approx 53cm around the inside circumference.
