This leaf mug is painted with overlapping Monstera & palm leaves in a variety of greens & blues. This mug was made using a speckled white clay that is durable enough for every day use, & perfect for your next cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The mug is thrown on the pottery wheel. A foot has been trimmed into the bottom, visually lifting the mug off the table. The handle was hand built & attached before firing. The leaf design is glazed with a thin layer of matte clear glaze, protecting the mug while leaving a bit of texture behind. The inside & handle of the mug is glazed in a shiny medium blue. The mug holds about 12 fluid ounces. It is approximately 3.5 inches tall & 3.5 inches wide. Each mug is handmade. Variations are natural. Food, dishwasher & microwave safe.
