Beautiful Grey Hand Painted Gustavian Country Style Vintage Desk / Dressing Table / Console Table With Gold Details This beautiful Gustavian style desk has been hand painted in Annie Sloan's Paris Grey, waxed & just slightly aged distressed, enhancing the beautiful shape & details of this piece. This stunning desk has all the beautiful details of a Swedish Gustavian style desk. It is ornate, yet elegantly simple. Beautiful carvings & details with a touch of gold. Two drawers & a top shelf supported by elegant pillars. Elegant tapered legs. The combination of the grey colour & gold is lovely. It is in a good vintage condition. As with most vintage items it has some dents, marks etc. - imperfections that we think is what makes antique/vintage items so charming & characterful. This desk was painted when we bought it, but is probably made of a combination of wood & MDF.
