Charming Light Grey Hand Painted Country Farmhouse Style Antique / Vintage Pot Cupboard / Bedside Cabinet The exterior of this cabinet has been hand painted in our own mix of Annie Sloan's Old White & French Linen & sealed with a wax, creating a white colour with a hint of grey. We have slightly age distressed it to add character & charm. We added the medallion on the door & also the pretty rim on the back panel. This beautiful piece was already painted in a white colour when we found it, so we are not quite sure what type of wood it is. It can be mahogany or a similar type of hardwood. The style & details is typical of a piece from the earlier part of the 20th Century. The handle has the style typical of the Edwardian period. It is in a good antique / vintage condition. As with most vintage furniture, there are marks & dents from its long life that, in our opinion, only adds to the character & charm of the piece. There are some old repairs. Please see photos.
