Due to the personalised & handmade nature of our items, our official dispatch time is 4 working days, although we usually get them out to you in 2-3. We use a Royal Mail delivery service & obtain a proof of posting. However you may request Signed For delivery at additional cost. What happens if I change my mind? Due to the personalised nature of our designs, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns. However, we can alter our designs to meet your specifications, so just drop us a message when placing your order.
