Send your image via Etsy messaging after purchase & then I will supply a mock up for your approval. Send us a photograph or perhaps add text to your mug. These mugs are recommended hand wash only to preserve the printing on the inside of the mug. Ideal birthday gift for someone special. Size approx 9.7cm (h) x 8cm (w) + Handle (Accessories not included) Gift wrapping option available at checkout. Other mug sizes available (see my other listings) Printing is only possible on the face of the mug, no additional printing on the inside / handle or base. Also please note printing is available in non metallic colours (Silver, Gold, Etc are not possible). How to Order: 1. Add item to basket & proceed with the purchase. 2. Send a message with personalisation details & any images/text required. 3. We will send a preview of the Mug once the design has been completed. Please reply within 24 hrs to confirm or make changes to the design. If no reply is received we will proceed with the order & ship. As this is a custom made product it is Non-exchangeable, Non-refundable, unless faulty.
