This beautiful & unique handmade blanket is made from two layers of fabrics - a beautiful Woodland Spring print by Riley Blake on a coral colour pure cotton fabric & a white smooth plush/minky fabric. This blanket is luxuriously soft, lightweight & warm, making this an ideal blanket for snuggling. Perfect as a pram / stroller & a car blanket. Luxurious softness makes this blanket perfect for tummy time. When folded, the blanket fits nicely into your baby bag. Ideal when you are out & about with your baby & that extra layer is needed. This could be a great gift or a treat for your own lovely baby. This blanket was created in a smoke & pet free environment. Why cotton? Your newborn's skin is very delicate. Cotton has many advantages over synthetic materials. Cotton is a natural fabric. It permits better aeration & absorbs & remove's body's moisture easily. It is non allergic & does not rub harshly against baby's soft skin. Plush / Minky fabric: Plush fabrics are delightfully soft & snuggly. They have a soft directional pile which adds to the luxurious feel that these fabrics have. Size: blanket - approximately 72m x 72cm (28in x 28in) Material: upper layer - a woodland spring print on a coral colour fabric: 100% cotton backing fabric - white plush/minky cuddle fabric from Shannon Fabrics: 100% polyester. This fabric has a 3mm pile to the fabric giving it smooth, warm, luxurious feel. The blanket is packaged in a clear cellophane bag with a CraftMagicHandmade tag. Washing instructions: Fabrics used to create this blanket were pre-washed at 40°C to prevent shrinkage. Wash at 40°C. Iron the cotton layer at medium setting. Do not iron the white plush fabric.
