A timeless piece for every kitchen. Wooden spoons, used by nearly all cultures, are so much more than just a cooking utensil. The wooden spoon is far superior to its counterparts, it won't get hot like metal & doesn't contain any chemicals like plastic or rubber. With proper care, they will last for years & only get better with age. This is a hand burned Maple cooking & serving spoon featuring my own line design. The spoon measures 12 by 2 1/4. Made to be used daily, with proper care this spoon will stay beautiful for years to come. After burning, the spoon has been finished with wood butter consisting of food grade mineral oil & natural beeswax. Care for wooden spoons~ Handwash with soap & warm water. (No Dishwasher) Dry wooden spoons with a towel, or completely air dry before putting them away. Do not leave spoons soaking in water. Use a brush to clean in the grooves. Once a month or so oil with food grade mineral oil or wood butter. Whenever they start looking dry or dull. International customers, please inquire about shipping costs.
