Puffin Portrait, Saltee Islands, Wexford, Ireland This image was captured on an incredible trip to the Saltee Islands, just off the coast of County Wexford in Ireland. It was my first time experiencing these curious creatures & they more than lived up to their comical reputation! I sat at one location in the hope of seeing one return from the sea with a bunch of sandeels & I was not disappointed after my patience. The image has been extremely popular on my social channels & looks absolutely beautiful as a print on a wall. The super matt finish of Hahnemle Photorag, with a weighting of 308 gsm, gives muted blacks with even colour reproduction throughout, & excellent detail. The surface has minimal texture with a chalky smooth cotton feel which creates smooth colour gradients. The size of each print refers to the paper size, not the image size. Images will all have a small white border & fill roughly 85% of the print size to allow for handling & framing. All prints come unframed.
