Next day delivery is the standard service that we provide & is only available Monday-Friday. If you order via a next day service on Friday, your consignment will arrive on Monday. Saturday deliveries are available & come at a surcharge of 50. If you would like an alternative future delivery date please select the option at checkout & leave a note for as to when you would like to take delivery. Depending upon your consignment size, your order will be sent out via a courier pallet service or via courier service. Your delivery slot will be an all day slot (08:00-17:00), however you can request an AM or PM slot in the notes section (08:00-11:59 to 12:00-17:00 respectively). Please note that our couriers are only licensed & insured to deliver to your door. If you live in a flat or an apartment please make sure you have someone present to assist you with bringing your items into your home, as your courier can only deliver to the front of your building. Returns: If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, or have a faulty product, we are here to help. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. To be eligible for a refund you must return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. This (these) item(s) must be unused & returned in the original packaging. Your item needs to be accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase (including your order number). If your item is damaged, or has a faulty part we can arrange for a new part to be sent out to the delivery address. Unfortunately, if your product is not returned within 30 days of delivery, we will be unable to process your return.
