We also offer a more personable courier service who will bring the boxes into your home for you, this method can take between 2-5 days to be delivered. With this option the courier will book your delivery in with you directly. Both options are free of charge. Free next day delivery is available on all orders made before 2pm. Next day delivery is only available Monday-Friday. If you order via a next day service on Friday, your consignment will arrive on Monday. Saturday deliveries are available & come at a surcharge of 50. The next working day option is via a pallet courier service only & is an all-day slot (08:00-17:00), however you can request an AM or PM slot in the notes section (08:00-11:59 to 12:00-17:00 respectively). If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your goods will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery Tuesday. Saturday deliveries are available & come at a surcharge, please contact us if you would like a Saturday AM delivery. If you would like an alternative future delivery date, please leave a note for as to when you would like to take delivery. If you cannot find the notes section, please contact us. Please note that our pallet couriers are only licensed & insured to deliver kerbside. If you live in a flat or an apartment, please make sure you have someone present to assist you with bringing your items into your home, as your pallet courier can only deliver to the front of your building. Your pallet courier can take away your pallet if you request this of them. For our more personable courier service, our delivery partners will bring the boxes into your home for you. They will contact you directly to book in a suitable day & time slot for delivery. This can take between 2 & 5 days to be delivered.
