A fab vintage mid-1960s Hornsea Studiocraft vase - the shape was designed by John Clappison & the print was by Patrick Rylands. I believe the design dates from 1966, so from around that year. This is the 19cm or 7.5 version of the design. Ceramic/pottery cylinder vase with simple curvy neck, with satin off-white base coat & a funky blue & taupe retro geometric print. Stamped to base with 'Hornsea Made in England'. 19 x 7.5cm. Good condition with no crazing. Great for display & use - print is very good & it's clean. There's one baseline chip, & one shallow other base chip that's out of sight. The base is slightly filed down in one area, probably from time of manufacture. See pictures 7-10. Free P&P to the UK.
