Delivery Information: - Our tumblers are sent 2nd class, however if quicker delivery is needed please let us know & we will do our best to accommodate this for you. We have tested the sealer by constantly running water over vinyl & not seen any detriment to the vinyl or tumblers. Also we have used our tumblers daily to test the durability of handling the product & not seen any damage to the vinyl/tumbler. Do you create custom designs? Yes! We absolutely love working with you to create your dream tumbler! If you'd like to request a custom order please message us through Etsy & we'll work with you every step of the way to create a design you love. How long does it take for you to create my order? We aim to create your tumbler as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days. However in instances where we are very busy this time can be extended.
