Rather than let them sit, & take up much-needed space in my home, I am selling them in bundles at a reduced cost. Extra Small: Back Length: 10 Neck: 10 Chest: 16; would fit up to a 15 chest comfortably Keep your pup warm with this 100 percent polyester fleece. Fleece is easy to handle & durable. Machine wash cold, with no bleach, & tumble dry low. Fleece has about an inch of comfortable stretch. The measurements provided are the finished sizes so if your friend's chest measures 19 it would be best to go with a Medium size.
