This is only a guide & may take longer. Royal Mail do not Class post as being missing until 10 working days after the date of posting. If your items have not arrived after 10 working days a full refund or replacement will be given. Items sent outside of the UK will be sent International Standard & take a minimum of 7-10 working days for delivery after dispatch.
