Check your shipping address & order details are correct, as they cannot be changed once you submit your order. Gift messaging is NOT available. 3. Place your order, then receive an email link within 1 hour to make your choices in a live preview. Try different combinations, see what your mug will look like before its made, & when you're happy Submit Personalization. Please note all options are as shown & no further customizations are available. Please do not place an order with change requests. I do not do custom work, ie make the person or dog in your image from a photo or description. Maximum of 1 person & 2 dogs (1 on either side of the person) is permitted on this design. Orders are shipped directly from the print facility, so gift messages cannot be included. No pricing is shown on the package.
