MOON CYCLES CACAO BOWL The cup made of red clay & covered with milk glazing. The ornament is made with white clay. The cup is representing moon cycles & is a great gift to a girlfriend, family or any of your ladies friends. The unglazed pottery is very pleasant on the touch especially when your drink is warm. Very comfy feeling! Capacity is 250ml - for fulfilling morning coffee or cacao portion. I glazed this cup inside with yellow food safe glazes. Outside the cup is unglazed - this gives the warmth of your drink even more feeling... To reach a deep vintage shade of this bowl I use the ancient milk firing technique, used in Slavic culture (the pottery is covered with high-fat milk, than burned - it also gives a waterproof qualities). This is 100% food safe & organic eco-ceramics, made from clay only. Closed shape perfectly keeps you drink warm & adds great taste to your coffee. Fully handmade without use of molding, wheel-thrown, hand-painted & stamped with makers mark. Please remember that handmade ceramics requires gentle handling & do not use it with microwave or dishwasher.
