I use only triple A graded quality ceramic mugs, which are both dishwasher & microwave safe. The mugs are bubble wrapped & placed in an impact resistant box for safe shipment. However, if by chance there is any damage during transit then I will replace the item immediately. Coasters are 9.0cm x 9.0cm with a white gloss surface & hardboard backing.
