Our Handmade Ceramic Bowl is the perfect addition to your home for a beautiful display piece. The Pottery Bowl has a stunning off-white crystalline glaze to ensure you'll bring your dining table or sideboard to life! This Ceramic Bowl is handmade & one of a kind. This bowl was thrown on the wheel, trimmed, altered, & bisque-fired before being glazed & high-fired. Crystalline glazes have a firing process using a complex schedule with several temperature ramps to create different crystal growth formations. The kiln is fired to a maximum temperature of around 1300c & then cooled to specific holding temperatures to allow crystals to form in the glaze. It can take from 3 to 6 hours to grow the crystals in the cooling phase.
