Any questions about time frames or ordering please feel free to send us a message. How we'll make your jewellery 1. An Impression Kit will be sent out when we receive your order 2. Once you receive your impression kits, take the prints & post them back to us. You can also scan or photograph the prints & e-mail them to us 3. As soon as we receive usable moulds to the studio it will take us 7 working days to make your piece. Gift wrapping includes a matching gift bag. Delivery Impression kits are sent 1st class delivery in the UK & standard international delivery. If you are in the UK you will receive a free 2nd Class returns envelope to return it to our studio. All orders are dispatched 3 to 5 working days after usable moulds have been returned to the studio.
