Personalised items can not be returned for refund. Size (Aprox): Circle 10 x 10cms We may need to re-size the image depending on shape & size you have chosen. Therefore the image you receive may vary slightly from the images shown. Materials: Made from Natural Slate & fitted with pads to the bottom of the coaster to avoid scratching delicate areas of your home. These coasters are linear & the edges are straight & not rough. If you would prefer a rough edge, natural coaster, please let me know in the personalisation box & I will do this for you. Please note that as slate is a natural product & some natural blemishes & the slate is not perfectly smooth. Delivery: The time it takes to prepare your coaster depends on order volume & season. All items are sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail. You will receive a notification at the time of despatch - please allow at least 2-3 days for delivery from time of posting (longer during strike action & busier periods).
