Made in a peacock fabric with metallic detail, with high quality trim in muted gold. I have lined this shade in the traditional authentic panelled balloon lining, by hand, & the whole lampshade took me about 8 hours to make. This shade is recommended to be used with a low energy lightbulb, which, due to its low wattage, preserves the fabric for many happy years to come, & ensures this heirloom piece stays as beautiful as the day it was made. The shade measures: 36cm (14 inches) tall including fringe 31cm diameter (side to side) which is 12 inches wide The fitting inside is a duplex ring, which can adapt to either a ceiling fitting, or a lamp base fitting. To use on a ceiling you will need a spider fitting to attach, & to use on a lamp you will need a shade carrier in whichever height best suits your lamp. I can help with both - just ask me & I will do my best :-) This is a one-off unique shade, of which I have only made one.For USA customers, if you are using a harp fitting lamp, you will need a spider adapter to go with the shade, which I also sell in my shop!
