Each available veneer is professionally pressed using a unique process that leaves a real wood layer on the top surface of the finished product. This gives each item a very unique & natural look & enhances the depth of the design as the cut edges remain a beautiful dark colour. Please keep in mind that our items are intended for use indoor, away from moisture/rain & direct sunlight. Due to the nature of the product, being made of natural wood, the colour, texture & grain variation will vary between pieces. Shipping & Return As each item is handmade to order, please allow 2-7 business days for us to make your piece. Once ready, we will ship within 1 business day & provide you with a tracking number. If your item is received damaged & you wish to receive a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 24h of delivery & provide us the below: - A picture of the damaged packaging as it was delivered to you (ideally before you open it, but we understand that you may be too exited to unwrap your item) - A picture of the damaged item itself Please send all pictures to us with your name & order number for identification.
