Luxury leather handled tote, jute, eco, reusable, shopping bag in natural beige/ tan. This stylish durable bag features brass detailing on the leather handle straps & feet on the underneath, has a wipeable lining & removable inner base to keep it clean. The bag can be personalised with your initials or name using our signature classic font in black vinyl. Your personalisation will be on one side & our B&A branding on the reverse side. I use the best vinyl that I can source from UK suppliers it is a flexible vinyl that moves with your bag due to its nature you can get a creased effect if the bag is folded or items push against it. Perfect for shopping, day trips, picnic bag, beach bag or mail bag if you're making trips to the post office! Dimensions are H36 x W40 x D20. As this is a personalised item everything is made to order so please double check all spellings if you do think you have made a mistake please contact me asap. If you would prefer your bag plain just leave the personalisation box blank. My turn around time is currently 1-3 days not including weekends if you need anything urgently please let me know & I will make it a priority. My aim is to get your item made & dispatched as quickly as possible. Your bag will be send out via Royal mail signed for service only in the UK. Postage options are: Express - 24 hour tracked service 1 day - 1st class signed for Standard - 2nd class signed for I cannot accept any responsibility for delays within the Royal mail postage system, your parcels are dispatched when you receive your email/ notification. I cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas unless using Express 24 hr service. Care instructions - Wipe clean only, the leather handles will soften over time with use, this is a very well made bag but everything has its limits treat it with care & it will be with you for years to come. Returns in the unlikely event that you have an issue with your bag contact me within 14 days of delivery, I do offer refunds if the bag is found to be faulty. The bag must be returned within 30 days of delivery before a refund or replacement can be made, the cost to return will be paid by the buyer & retain proof of postage. After receiving the bag I will resolve the issue you have by either replacing it or issuing a refund. the style of the handles has been changed by my supplier the feature of the stitching around the handle has been removed. Please see the last photo. Moving on I can see this happening to the other bags but for now it is just the large natural luxury tote bag. It in no way affects the quality of the bag as the stitching never went through to the inside of the tote.
