Unikko pattern is a symbol of the 1960s. in the beginning Unikko pattern was used only in textiles, but later also in ceramics, glass & plastic dishes. Originally Unikko (Poppy in English) pattern was designed by Maija Isola in 1964. This pattern for the mug was designed by Kaija Isola in 2005. Unikko mugs have been produced as a commission work & they have been made at least by two different ceramic-works. This mug quality is the better one with shiny surfaces. Measurements: Height 88 mm Diameter 75 mm Volume 25 cl (28 cl as filled full) Weight 240 g Material: glazed, probably vitreous porcelain This mug is in almost excellent condition with few minimal marks of usage. NOTICE: this particular mug is not yet vintage even Unikko pattern is a symbol of the sixties. Shipping cost is according 1.0 kg weight on the chart.
