Antique Czech mercury glass fir cone Christmas ornament. Made in the 1930's, this is a classic style ornament, made with quality blown glass. IThe glass is in good condition but the silver mercury has mainly gone, leaving the transparent glass. An old, original ornament Size: 3.25 inches Czech glass Christmas tree ornaments are considered some of the best in the world. Beautifully hand painted & made with fine, high quality glass compared to the thicker glass of some other Eastern countries. As with any vintage ornament, these are sold as used with signs of use.
