Amazing & hard-to-find vintage statement umbrella from circa 1950s. This fabulous piece has a typically 1950s print of pale pink & blue flowers on a green background, on a silver-coloured metal frame. It has a carved wooden handle. It measures 63 cm long from handle to tip, 87 cm across when fully opened, & around 5 cm wide when closed. It is in very good used condition for its age - the fabric itself is in excellent condition with no visible holes, although it does have a few small marks from wear & some slight fading in places at the edge. The metal is in overall very good condition, too, with no signs of rust. The spokes are firm with no bending or metal fatigue, & the stitching all appears in good condition with no unravelling. It is in fully working order. The pictures really do not do this one justice - a really fantastic, & unusual piece that would grace the wardrobe of any vintage lover.
