It is food safe & lead free. It is also dishwasher, microwave, oven & freezer safe although I recommend hand washing & carefully avoiding thermal shock at all times. As with all my work, each piece is handmade & unique & therefore has its own character. The size, shape & color may vary & differ from the pictures. These slight imperfections are what makes handmade beautiful & are meant to be enjoyed.
