This vintage enamelware bowl was designed by renowned Norwegian designer Grete Prytz Kittelsen for Cathrineholm Holland. The piece has a square shape with gently flared walls & rounded corners. The bowl has been finished in a fabulous retro shade of avocado green. The bowl is in good condition & displays well. As a vintage item, the piece shows signs of light wear related to use consisting of a few slight chips to the rim & minor scuffs to the base, all of which are mentioned for accuracy. The finish on the interior of the bowl is glossy & very clean. The bowl measures 9.75 across the mouth & stands 4 tall. The piece weighs in at 2 lb 4 oz. The simple lines found in this piece have a timeless quality that make this design as fresh today as it was when first introduced.
