A beautiful Graduation Mug from a range printed by Butterflies & Fairies Designs by Abi. This mug is the perfect gift for someone graduating from the class of 2023. The image is printed on both sides of the mug. Personalising your mug: Simply add into the personalisation box the wording you would like on the front. If there is not enough space, please send me a message via Etsy. For security reasons we cannot change the delivery address details once the order has been placed, the only way to rectify this would be to place a new order & once placed request a cancellation of the original order. Turnaround times: Turnaround time for the mug is 5-7 working days (this does not include Saturday & Sunday) however we normally have them despatched earlier. Postage options: Mugs are sent 48 hour tracked. Returns: Returns are not accepted on personalised mugs unless we have made an error on the personalisation or the mug is damaged. Please note that there may be some slight colour variation as not all monitors & phones display colours the same.
