So you may see creases, & the rug may not lay flat initially, but it's very typical with rugs when shipped folded. All the wrinkles & lumps in the rug will go away within a few weeks of usage. 2. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs & import taxes. We will not be liable for delays due to customs. 3. All items will ship promptly after payment has cleared Paypal. 4.
