This Beni Mguild rug is handwoven using natural wool fibers & vegetable dyes. It is created with the typical knotting techniques practiced by Berber tribes, but with the knot being pulled tighter, the rug requires less wool. in addition, this allows the weaver to create the intricate geometric patterns that Boujaad rugs are famous for.
