Our designer will send you a draft with & without a phrase. You can suggest a personalized phrase, request a different background color & shape. We'll send you another draft with those changes for you to approve. Once you approve a design, the printing & shipping begins. If you're not sure if your image is good enough quality, please place your order anyway. We'll contact you if the image isn't good enough in quality, & will work with you to either change images or refund you. We're happy when you're happy! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: 1) Can I have a copy of the digital file too? We can email the digital file of the design for $10. Please contact us if you would like to take this offer & we'll revise your order manually. 2) What shape prints can you do? We can create your art work in both landscape & portrait orientation. Select any of the sizes in the pull down menu & you photo & your designer provides the best shape. You can make changes to that shape when you review the proof. We can also do square ones if you need that. 3) I want a different background color to match my wall color. Is that possible? Absolutely! Please mention your preferred background color on the checkout page. If you don't that's OK as you can also let our designer know when you review you draft. 4) I want to add my own text. Is that possible? No problem! Please mention your preferred phrase on the checkout page. If you don't that's OK as you can also let our designer know when you review you draft. We will by default send you a draft with a generic phrase & one without. 5) How long will it take to receive my mosaic? in general we need 1 - 3 days to create the proof from the time we get your photos. Please let us know when you need it & we may be able to get it done sooner. Printing & shipping takes between 6 - 10 days for the Continental US normally. During the current situation please allow double this time. We'll do everything we can to keep it as short as possible. 6) Can I get a custom size canvas? Yes. We can do virtually any size canvas you want starting from 8x 8 to 40 x 40. Please contact us for pricing. 7) What if I don't like my proof? We are confident that we can create a great result & our designers will work diligently with you. in the event you still don't like the design, you will get a refund minus ten dollars.
