It's finished with red metallic deco mesh & an extra large handmade holiday bow. I charge a flat fee to ship it, however, I can fit 2 in a box. If you purchase 2 candy canes, the shipping is free on the second one. I refund you the money before I ship it. Keep one, gift one. Measurements of this wall hanger is approximately 21 x 15 x 5. This candy cane hanger item is already made & ready to ship. It can be placed outdoors, but I do recommend it be placed under a covered porch. Please secure the wreath from the elements, Gone with the Wind was the name of a movie, not what I want to happen to your wreath. The ribbon is not waterproof. As with any material, if placed in direct sunlight, it will fade over the years. The wired ribbon streamers may need a little fluffing & re - shaping after being taken out of the box.
