Welcome to Bell & the Whistle. We're a small wood shop in rural Arkansas, & we love making unique & special decorations for our customers. Scroll through the pictures above to see our COLOR CHART & keyhole hanging option. HOW TO ORDER: Check out our color chart in the pictures with the listing. Choose your color for the name in the drop down menu. in the box that says Add your personalization, please put the name that you would like on your sign. Note that the background will stay the same & have the same coloring unless otherwise notes. We will send you a proof before production. Within 1-2 days of receiving your order, we'll send you an Etsy message containing a proof. Once an order is placed, the customer has 48 hours to make any changes. If the customer purchases RUSH shipping, any changes need to be made by the end of the day after the order is placed. Any changes made after these deadlines will be at the expense of the customer. HOW IT'S MADE: This design is cut from 1/2 birch plywood using a CNC router which creates a clean & consistent cut. Each piece is sanded on front & back before being painted to your color choice. WALL HANGING: We will include a wire hanging on the back for easy hanging. LEAD TIME: Each item is made to order. Our lead time is approximately 1-2 weeks after receiving payment. Items are shipped using USPS priority mail which arrives in 2-3 days. We cannot guarantee shipping times; these are just estimates. We pack our orders carefully with double-wall corrugated cardboard.
